*If the weather is inclement we will be doing a Zoom virtual tour and talk at the same time. We will send that link if it's needed the day before.
Join us at the Morris Orchard Natural Burial Ground to welcome the spring equinox with a special community gathering. As day and night come into perfect balance, we will honor this moment of renewal and harmony by creating an earth mandala, a sacred and symbolic representation of nature’s interconnected beauty. Using natural materials such as flowers, stones, leaves, and seeds, we’ll work together to craft a vibrant mandala on the land, celebrating the changing season and the abundance of life it brings.
This event invites reflection, creativity, and connection as we pause to appreciate the cycles of nature and our place within them. Whether you’re drawn to the meditative process of creating art, the joy of working in community, or the peaceful setting of Morris Orchard, this celebration offers a meaningful way to mark the arrival of spring. All are welcome to participate—please bring any natural materials you’d like to contribute to the mandala and dress for the outdoors.
